When was the last time the floors and ceilings have been updated and or repaired

I noticed the ceiling has started to crack and fall in like water damage as well as dips in certain places where the wood floors sink in with weight worse than other spots and what appeared to be mold or something in the ceiling will all of that be fixed prior to move or is it sold as is no updates or repairs
