In just need to know if the water and sewer is included in rent because i saw few more listing in the same community and everyone mentioned that they are included in rent. tenent have to pay only for electricity and wifi. So i want to confirm before proceeding with the application
TGPM reviews the full application and generally looks for income around 2.5–3× the rent, strong rental history, no recent evictions or violent felonies, and may consider lower credit scores depending on the overall application.
