Hi! I wanted to reach out regarding your rental. I currently live in the same complex, but I was unexpectedly given a non-renewal notice for my current lease, which ends in December, because the owner intends to sell the property. My fiancé and I have built our lives around this community, including our jobs and school plans, and we would really love to stay in the neighborhood. I’ve reached out to my current property management about potentially terminating our lease early if we find a home in the neighborhood. I’m very interested in your unit and wanted to be upfront about our situation. Since I’m already a resident, I’m familiar with the community and would love the opportunity to stay in this neighborhood! I really appreciate it!
