Hi there! Thanks so much for your interest. The home you asked about is expected to be available in August, but we aren’t able to hold properties that far in advance. Even after a property is approved, we can only hold it for 48 hours while waiting for the deposit. Once the deposit is paid, we’re able to hold the home for up to 30 days before move‑in. I recommend checking back a little closer to that time, and we can help match you with something available if you need the help.
